Debbie was very professional and courteous even though there was a minor error in the paperwork. Would highly recommend.
The first day I was told that I did not have all the information needed to complete the task I needed to accomplish. I gathered everything I was told to bring and came in for a second day. I was assigned to a different person. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life! I was belittled and talked to like I was a disabled child wanting something I couldn't have. The end result was that I wasn't able to get anything done and went home both hurt and angry - as well as in tears. I'm still upset days later. This was absolutely the most horrible experience I have ever encountered - anywhere!
Sure, I had to wait 40 minutes, but they were busy! The gentleman I talked to was extremely pleasant and very personable. My thanks for the great customer service.
Opon arriving when I was called back the gentleman who assisted me answered a call during being seen and walked away without explaination. When he came back and started asking questions as I as trying to answer the questions he wouldn't let me finish my sentences or let me speak. And as I continue to say something he was very disrespectful. I would expect in that position to be more respect when I show respect and to not be yelled at or criticized. I would not being rating this a star but I have to in order to post it.
I had three difficult issues to resolve. The representative was a good listener, courteous, and resolved things for me in a timely manner. Only had to wait 40 minutes to be seen, and the waiting room was packed.
Had to change my name after marriage. Was done in 20 minutes.
