The staff are very helpful a nice
I checked in with my EBT card while i was waiting i was asked to fill out a survey and gift card raffle. I was in and out in 20-25 min. It was between 1 & 2 pm so it was busy. Excellent customer service. I have had about 15-20 experiences here and this last time was by far the best.
Slow service, but understandable due to how busy it gets and how little staffed they are for the ammount of clients they have, i think they need a bigger facility and more staff to help.
Barely any workers with slow service. I don't see people as a priority here. Unfortunately people seem more of a burden here. Currently have waited 40 minutes just to speak with someone.
