Totally agree with Vikas, a lot of idiot working in that building. They tried to make me pay for another person's medical bill because they think our name alike. I was standing there for 3hours to tell them that is not my name and I wasn't in the hospital at that day. All they do were check the "system" and said the system mess up your name and birthday but you still have to pay for it. CHECK YOUR BILL before you pay anything there!!!
I registered my car here and it happened very fast. I'm not pleased at the price that Washington charges for everything (really....I need to throw away perfectly good used license plates and new ones? Seriously?) And I was gobsmacked about the prices here (I'm from Wisconsin and I never remember having to pay so much to title/license/register cars) but these prices were not the fault of AMSI. That's the expensive state of Washington. Hope it goes to build nice roads. Anyways, AMSI was super quick and fast and I had absolutely no problems and I'm sure lots of people post bad experiences, but I'm here to say it was just fine for me.
