Walked in ready to spend several hundred on riding gear, but the 2 guys behind the counter were too busy yapping with their buddies to do more than a vague wave over to the corner of the store and mumble something about if it's in stock it should be over there. Guess where I'm NOT buying my next machine...
They refused to work on our victory and sidecar, said it was a trike! They have always worked on it in the past, now won't.. bad customer service, acted like they didn't even want to talk to us, just talked with other employees..Rude!!
I'm a Victory owner from out of the area but I make a point of stopping in every time I'm near Skagit Valley Polaris. Cole and Jason have both been very helpful and gone above and beyond for customer service on numerous occasions. I wish my local dealership was as awesome as these guys are. I've not had any service done, so I can't speak to that but for parts, accessories and apparel these guys go out of their way to be helpful and make me glad that I came in versus going to the internet.
I was looking for bike and called in and talked to Cole. He was super knowledgeable about all the questions I had. I told him I had a very tight schedule and I would have a short window to pick up my 2017 Kawasaki z650. He told me to fill out an app online real quick and he'd let me know. He called me back immediately told me I was approved and that he would pre-print and get everything done so that when I showed up it would be real fast. I got dropped off after work and was out of there in 20 or so minutes. I really liked though that he still took a minute to run over all safety protocol with the bike. I have already referred 2 people to the shop since buying it a couple weeks ago. Cole and Jason have been over the top with their customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend calling if your interested in a quote on something or have any questions about toys you already have, these guys know their stuff there. I will be returning for mods to my bike and anything else I need. Smart crew, thanks guys!
