My kia wouldn't start in Sedro Woolley, so made a 930 am appt in Burlington next day..
The next morning, I called back at 7:30 am to schedule a towing dispatched but he quoted a totally different price. He quoted a $80 hookup fee. And when asked about why there was a price difference. He rudely replied "do you want a towing or not?". I feel that they just want to feed into people desparate needs and trying to make more money. The way they talked on the phone is definitely not professional and rude. I would advise against doing business with them.

I had called last night to get a quote from Budget Towing company and they guy quoted me $65 hook up fees plus 4.5 dollars per mile. However, he told me he couldn't do morning appointment.
Joe came out and managed to get my 2006 Honda Pilot out of a ditch within 3 hours. It was on the gravel road leading to the Blanchard Hill Trail System, and despite the difficult conditions he managed to get the job done quickly. Also, budget was the only company willing to come out and fix my issue. Good people and great work. If you ever need to get something towed, then call budget towing!
On our way from Spokane to Bellingham our Dodge truck broke down late Saturday afternoon on I5 44 miles from our destination. AAA sent out Budget Towing from Mt. Vernon. Leaving our truck at a repair shopvious we didn't know anything about until Monday was a little un-nerving. We called first thing Monday explaining we were from out of the area and the technician said that he would call back after they looked at the truck with an estimate. We were very surprised to be able to pick up our truck the same day, under the estimated amount and was even washed. Budget Auto Repair has all the qualities-honest, trustworthy, & professional. I went with MV towing instead because they treated customer better and has better pricing.
The next day, tow truck driver couldn't have been nicer, was in Woolley at 845, had my vehicle in Burlington totally on time..
Today my son's vehicle is in Mt Vernon just called & someone is meeting him to take his car to their shop..they will look.at it Monday..
Wouldn't call anyone else..
