Shortly after purchasing the RV we were telling everyone to purchase at Poulsbo, but now advise friends to steer clear. Other reviews certainly seem better. We have been holding back on a review hoping things would turn around with new management but it seems worse.

On 10-19-2017, I brought a dear friend of mine that lives up the street by the name of Mary who lives in Quilcene, WA. Today on my recent visit to Poulsbo RV in Mount Vernon, Washington I had the best experience I have ever experienced out of any dealership I ever been to, Everyone of the employees were so very pleasant and awesome, personable, courteous, kind, compassionate, and treated you like you were family. This experience absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend this to all of my family and friends.
Third time calling was due to more pretty sparks. They say I plugged the 7 pin in upside down. I can tell what way to plug something in and get irritated when someone tells me I don't know how to use an electrical outlet. My best guess is the poor patch work they did fixing the original electrical issue was still plaguing the system, or the fact that the 7 pin was installed facing upwards enabling it to fill with water each time it rains might just be a little factor. I'm no electrician, but I'm pretty sure rain water is a conductor and this is Washington, it rains here. When going to pay (yeah I had to pay for their mistake) the price was not what they had verbally quoted. This was the second time the price changed from a quote, the coupon was even in writing but not honored.
We bought. We used. We needed bigger, so we came back to Poulsbo in Mount Vernon. We came back because of a large inventory selection, good prices, easy financing and our salesman, Bob, and the rest of the crew involved with the purchase and the service of our first one. They've made purchasing an RV as streamlined as they can. The service dept is extremely busy but attentive. Jim & Lane are top notch. Good customer service in this area is hard to find. From our experience(s) with Poulsbo in Mt V, we think they rock!!

At first Poulsbo RV Mt Vernon seemed like the RV Dealer a cut above the rest. During the sales process I'd give Poulsbo RV 4 stars. They were quick on financing, friendly and the price was fair for Western Washington. I'd give them 5 stars for the sales process had it not taken a week to have a 7 pin plug installed on my truck. A week may be normal, but I gotta admit I expect quicker service when spending this kind of money.
Darrin was our salesman and he was terrific. Showed us lots of rigs that fit our needs. He found the one that was perfect for us! No pressure at all. We appreciated that. Weather made the purchase easy. Everyone there was terrific. Great experience.
Lane got everything ready to go for us and was also very nice and accommodating as well.

The first time was due to the battery box not having any holes drilled in the bottom. When it rained the battery was sitting in a fish bowl of water causing all sorts of pretty sparks..........if were the 4th of July. That was the inaugural trip and it was obviously delayed a day.
Over all it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new RV. Great folks!

I've had four interactions in less than a year with them since purchasing a new travel trailer, none of them were good.
Jeff is a great guy, not pushy and it was a very good experience.
The fourth time contacting them was when we went to use the trailer after winter only to find the shower head had cracked over winter due to a poor job winterizing that I had already over paid for. Water remained in the shower head over winter, expanded and cracked the head. I now have to take the entire travel trailer to them just to have the shower head replaced. Sending the shower head to me via mail is not an option. It's a $20 part I'll likely order online instead of blowing $50 in gas. Warranty's are great, right?
Second time calling them was to have the trailer winterized. When purchasing the trailer a coupon book was given offering a deal on the first time. The coupon was denied because we didn't mention it at the time of making the appointment and the wax that should have been done was not.
