We needed to call a plumber for some pre-move in work on our new home. They worked on a tight schedule, good budget and did great work. Very impressed.

I have used Absolute Plumbing twice. The first time to install a new water heater, which was great and cost exactly what they quoted it to be. The second experience was not as good. We remodeled our shower and needed our new shower valve installed and piping extended for a rain shower head as well as fix our drain that had been leaking. They ended up having to take out all of the existing piping and install new piping, the only problem with that was they never informed me before proceeding. We had been considering moving the plumbing to a different wall in the shower but didn't' because of cost, if they had informed me that they needed to take out all of the existing piping and install new piping we would have changed our plan and moved the plumbing to the new wall. At the end the plumber informed me of about how much to expect the bill to be and that they had been there for 3.5 hours and that they weren't going to fix the drain now that it would be easier to do when the shower pan had been set. . When I received the bill it was for 5 hours of work. They had left for an 1.5 hours to go to the shop which they had billed me for. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and fixed it right away for me so that was a pleasant experience just not so much with the professionalism of the plumber.

I would recommend using a different plumber.

City of mount Vernon said they were UNLICENSED after they found a pipe in an incorrect spot the moved and called them to notify them. They wanted to be refunded for their service to fix the pipe and us pay for their license.

I used this company in the past because they were a company that I could depend on to get the job done. I called them in to work on the restrooms in our facility and have had to call them back three times to fix the problems that we originally called them in for. Now the problems are worse than when they started. When I called to let them know about it the customer service was rude and cursed at me on the phone. I will not be using or recommending this company again.

Asked for a unnecessary hole in the back of the house more than 8ft deep. This cost $600/ to dig plus the actual work done which was nothing. They cut a perfectly working pipe to install a new one, not necessary, also told by the city.

Add-On: They did come out and check our water heater in our existing house and gave it a quick clean bill of health. Highly recommend

Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Read reviews first. The workers were fine, didnot fix the issue but made a muddy mess. Walked in my house with there muddy shoes. Etc. Called to complain to the Company, Owner was a jerk. $406.87 problem still the same. Cancelled my appointment for day 2. Also, they make you sign a wavier saying if they damage there tools working on your system. You are responsible to replace there tool. Even if its there neglect. Dont sign it Ive called 10 other companies no one else reqires it. Will never use again. Extremely dissapointed. They were refered to me. From a septic co. Im calling the septic co to let them know not to recommend them. Regards.

Just figured my water heater in my existing house isn't working- going to call Absolute Plumbing this AM.

We thought everything else was done correctly until we had a different plumbing company come when we had completed with the shower tile to install the fixtures and drain. We were told that the shower valve needed to be set flush with the tile (which it said on the valve itself) and Absolute Plumbing did not set if forward to account for this. The new plumber had to fix their mistake by cutting a hole in the drywall behind the shower to get to the valve to move it to the correct position. The new plumber also said that the drain should have been and would have been easier to fix before setting the shower pan.

Want a total of $3500 and they still have not fixed anything.... nothing.... it has been 3 weeks.
