Great service from start to finish! I purchased flooring, countertops, cabinets and blinds. Sales people were friendly and eager to help me create my dream space. Installers were patient with me, were awesome to my animals and helped me along with any questions I had. Entire staff was very knowledgeable and led me to make correct design decisions. Would recommend to everyone!

We have now purchased twice from this company and have been very happy both times. If you have any issue they will make sure you are happy. They also ended up being cheaper than Lowe’s or Home Depot. Installers were on time and friendly. We found a carpet defect in one room and they were out that day to fix it. Will be purchasing from them again!
If one should encounter a problem with a product, expect absolutely no resolution by this company. Deflecting blame, disregard, and ignorance sums up their response. There is no satisfaction guarantee, no return calls, no follow-through. In our case, more tiles needed to be puchased outside of the original lot. Apparently, it is perfectly normal that tiles in the new lot are over 1/8'' smaller in both length and width. (One has to wonder what kind of manufacturer this company deals with. Apparently, not one that can properly create a specific size tile.) Over 1/8'' differences do indeed change a groutline. Had I known this was the case prior to purchase, I would have planned accordingly. A small oversite on thier behalf has caused a huge problem on mine. Size does count, people.
