If I could give them a lower rating than one star, I would. We bought a pretty pricey bedroom set for our guest bedroom, and within 2 months (never using it), the wood started peeling away from the dresser and night stand. When I called, I was told that Cindy would call me back shortly. She never did. I called at least 3 more times before reaching the owner, "Don Gerrior". This guy is a TOTAL jerk! Not only did he care less about this, but he wanted me to pay him to fix it. I called the company where the junk furniture was made and after numerous calls to them, they agreed to pay for the piece to be fixed and deposited the money into Hansen's account. Don Gerrior has kept the money and still refuses to fix the piece. HE is piece alright. I am in the process of taking him to court. Buy your furniture at Ashley's in Burlington, WA. A garage sale or second hand shop would be better than buying from this junk dealer!
I went in to the store today looking for several things. I felt like I was greeted like a family member. The furniture was extremely high quality, and it was different than other stores - they actually get some of their woodwork from Pennsylvania made in Lancaster from the Amish people who love there. I may be biased because I am from PA, but I just think that is amazing.
The owner was quite rude to my mother when she was purchasing a piece of furniture. Not a good business practice, and not a good life practice. I did not witness this. Of course, if I had been present, it would probably not have occurred.
