My 5 star rating is for the director Mike Mahoney. He was both professional and respectful when I spoke with him. I appreciate him taking the time to listen to my complaint and also apologize for the way I was treated by his staff.
As for the probation officer he had to apologize for, I would not even give her a single star. I am shocked at how disrespectful and prejudice she was. I do not even want to think about how she must treat actual clients of hers.
